Back in December 2006,Toronto based producer, Ron Lopata, brought Tomi Swick over to the UK and recorded vocals for several tracks on the “Stalled Out In The Doorway” CD, released by Warner Music, Canada.
“Trust In” was recorded at Zigzag and we were duly credited twice on the CD
booklet......great result!!
Tomi went on to collect a Juno award (the Canadian equivalent of a Grammy) for ‘best new artist’ in March 2007.

SOUND PROJECTION 2007
I worked as a student and young professional with the late Tim Souster back in
the early 1980s - he was both a great character and composer.
The concert above (November 2007), given by the City of Cambridge Brass Band, was not only a wonderful chance to work ‘with’ Tim again, but also to update “Echoes”, re-configuring it for Pro Tools TDM, enabling the sound projection to be
handled by one or two engineers rather than the original three and improving
the audio quality, response time and distribution of delays over a quadrophonic
speaker system.
For this concert my fellow sound projectionist was Julio d’Escrivan, great friend and electronic composer extraordinaire.
